Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted unless otherwise agreed upon by our team.
Customers must notify us via email or phone before returning any product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If the product was damaged due to customer negligence, a refund may not be possible.
Shipping costs for returning non-defective items will be borne by the customer.
Exchange
We offer exchanges for faulty or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
